Carrying Capacity: 130 Rental includes All Tables/Chairs, restroom facilities & toiletries, garbage service, Beverage Station that includes Hot Coffee & Tea, Raspberry Lemonade & Sweet Tea

Friday, Saturday & Sunday
6am-12pm $1,000.00 (If available you may decorate & setup 1-2 days prior depending on other schedulded events) $250.00 refundable security deposit required prior to booking.
- 1/2 down at the time of booking, This will be forfeited if you cancel the event. Full amount due one week prior to the event.
- $250.00 security deposit, to be returned the following business day after event.
- Event center Must be clean and all personal items removed by agreed time or you will forfeit your deposit. Typically 8am the following business day but this can be negotiated depending on availability.
- All furniture will be arranged for you per your request during the walkthrough prior to the event.
- Bon Appetit Food Tasting $175.00 choose up to 4 items from our menu to taste, each additional menu items $25.00 per item, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!
- Catering requires half down at booking and the remainder is due one week prior to the event.
- Table clothes are required. If you do not rent linens, please provide your own
